Excerpt 'Bella glides over the three-foot parallel. We head towards the false wall, but she clips the top with her hind leg Looking back anxiously, I'm relieved to see it hasn’t fallen off. As I take a gentle tug towards the double, I'm in full control as we fly over effortlessly. Now for the next, yet another parallel. The treble is looming, and it's known to be a tough challenge. Shall I play safe or take a risk? After all, we are riding against the clock.

What would you do?

“Come on, let’s go for it," I encourage, softening my hands a little to push her forward. We're over the treble in a jiffy and gathering her back she eagerly responds as we turn towards the last two jumps. “Go on, it's all yours," I screech, giving her complete control. She quickly responds and we cruise over with ease.

Emily’s third and final week at Aunty's rescue centre. Will she complete her college assignment on time? Get ready to meet, Snowy the talking donkey! As always, there will be thrills and spills with the numerous rescue animals.
